Write within a few days, with a photograph of the piece and the parcel. We will say honestly what we can do — a repair, a replacement, or a return of what you paid.

A murti or object carved from your photographs and brief is made for you. It cannot be returned because you changed your mind.

We pack from Jaipur. The wait depends on the piece and the road. If a parcel is lost, write to the house. We will look, and we will tell you.
