What we hold
A name, phone, and email when you write. An address when you seal an order. Photos only if you send them for a custom piece. The lines of an order, so we can pack it.
What we do
We use this to reply, to ship from Jaipur, and to follow the wait. We do not sell it. A small cookie keeps the forms safe. If analytics is on, we also see which pages were opened, and how far a visit went toward a seal — so we can find the house in search and ads. We cannot write to a visitor who left no name or phone.
